Help & FAQ
Buying
What does the price include?
Each listing shows the seller's price, the Buyer Protection fee and postage before you buy. The total is what you pay.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Tap “Make an offer” on a listing. The seller can accept, decline or counter. Once an offer is accepted you can buy at that price.
What if pieces are missing?
Sellers must say whether all pieces are present. If pieces are missing that weren't mentioned, report a problem within the checking window and we'll help.
Selling
Does it cost anything to sell?
No. Listing and selling are free for private sellers. Buyers pay the Buyer Protection fee.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer confirms everything's OK, or automatically 2 days after delivery. Money is paid from your Stripe account to your bank.
How should I post?
Use a tracked service and add the tracking number on the order page. Prepaid labels are coming soon.
Kids' puzzles and safety
Only list children's puzzles that are complete, undamaged and not recalled. Keep age warnings (e.g. "not suitable for children under 36 months") visible in photos.
Tax
We're required by law to collect your name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number, and to report sellers with 30 or more sales or over €2,000 (about £1,700) a year to HMRC. You'll get a copy each January. Being reported doesn't mean you owe tax. Selling your own used puzzles usually isn't taxable. If you buy puzzles to resell, you may be trading and need to tell HMRC if your trading income is over £1,000 a year. See gov.uk guidance.
Safety
Never pay or share bank details outside the app. Report anything suspicious with the “Report” link on listings and profiles.
